Frequently Asked questions about this role

What will my working hours be?

6am to 2pm Monday to Friday with overtime available most days.

What do I get Paid?

We pay well above award wages. Plus over time and penalty rates. Your wage will be dependent on your experience, competencies and your demonstrated ability to complete a task or job.

Where will I work?

You’ll be working on various mine sites in the local area as well as occasional days in our workshop.

What documentation do I need?

You will need a current coal board medical (less then12months old) A current poly welding ticket (with demonstrated experience) A full unrestricted drivers licence.

Will I need to relocate?

We prefer our Management team to live within 20 minutes of our business locations.

Do I need a drivers licence?

Yes you will require a full unrestricted Australian Driver’s licence for this role.

Do I get a work vehicle?

You will get a service vehicle to drive to site from the workshop daily.

What type of work will I be doing?

You’ll be carrying out a range of dewatering works for our clients from poly welding, Pipe and infrastructure maintenance and relocation, pump repairs, servicing and relocation. Various other pit and plant dewatering duties. Helping the management team with scheduling.
